Refunds and Returns Policy

Should you change your mind on your purchase we offer a 14 day refund or exchange for goods unused and in original packaging, exceptions apply please see full terms and conditions. The goods must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Goods without receipt and out with this timescale will not be refunded or exchanged.

Please note we offer a 14 day return policy with the following exceptions:

  • Our refund or exchange policy does not apply to ordered goods, goods bought on deposit schemes and lay-aside services. These goods are non-returnable.

  • Sale and ex display items are sold as seen and as such are non-returnable.

  • Car seat purchases are non-returnable, for health and safety purposes.

Your statutory rights are not affected. Proof of purchase is required for faulty goods, please always retain your receipt.

 

Deposit, lay-aside and Low Deposit Schemes Policy

Our refund or exchange policy does not apply to ordered goods, goods bought on deposit or goods bought through our payment and lay-aside services are non-returnable for refund or exchange.

 

The minimum deposit for ordered goods and those purchased as part of our lay-aside and deposit scheme is 25%. A low deposit scheme is available but please note that these goods will not be ordered with the supplier until the full deposit has been paid, as a result this may impact on the original agreed collection date for your goods. This deposit payment amount is non-refundable after seven days from payment being made.

 

Please note that the final payment for your goods is payable on the collection date which can be found on your original receipt. We reserve the right to charge interest on your payments and for storage of goods if you do not finalise the payment by the agreed collection date.

 

On payment in full there is no refund or exchange available on goods ordered to store, purchased through deposit, lay-aside or payment schemes. Cancellations prior to full payment are at the discretion of management and will mean your deposit amount is non-refundable, please note the company reserves the right to refuse a cancellation.

 

Goods will be advance ordered, on receipt of the full minimum deposit, for delivery to store within seven days before or after the agreed collection date. A member of our team will call you to let you know that your goods have arrived. Please note, for those on our low deposit scheme, the time taken to pay the minimum deposit may affect the date which your goods will be available for collection.

 

Should you require a change to the collection date let us know as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate, however, we cannot guarantee the change is possible.

 

Whilst we will endeavour to have your goods in store by the agreed date these dates are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed due to availability of stock and circumstances out with our control. We will always try and update you as soon as we are aware of any delay to your order.

 
Cancellations of goods purchased through our schemes

Cancellations or changes to orders, lay-asides and payment schemes can only be instructed by the named account holder. Cancellations more than seven days after purchase are at the discretion of management. Please note deposit amounts of 25% for your total goods are non-refundable and non trasnferable, after seven days.

 

Lasting Memories Castings

The Lasting Memories team are not part of the Stirling Pram business for full terms and conditions of the goods and services please contact them directly. Stirling Pram collects the  deposits on behalf of Lasting Memories to secure a date for your casting. The deposit is non refundable should you cancel your appointment. If you require to change your appointment date please contact the Lasting Memories team directly to reschedule. The amount of your deposit will be deducted from any purchase you make at the time of your appointment. Please see the Lasting Memories team terms&conditions for all other details about your appointment.

 

Gift Cards

Gift vouchers are subject to the following terms & conditions along with our standard terms & conditions of purchase from our store. The following applies:

  • Stirling Pram gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

  • Gift cards are non refundable and valid for in store purchases only.

  • Vouchers cannot be redeemed against delivery charges.

  • The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

  • Not redeemable for cash.

  • Not redeemable to purchase gift cards

  • Not applicable for online purchases.

  • The terms and conditions of this gift card can be amended at any time at the discretion of Stirling Pram and shall be binding on the customer.

  • No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the gift card.

  • No replacement given for lost or stolen gift cards.

 

 

Price Match Policy

Price match is offered at the discretion of management and not guaranteed. Price matched items may require to be paid in full at the time of verification of price match amount.

 

Price match will not be offered where the competitor’s product is reduced due to clearance, a refurbishment product, an open package special, liquidation sale, flash sale or pricing error. It will also not be offered in conjunction with products that we have already discounted at the point of purchase, multi-buy offers, custom packages created in store, or in store promotions and if the competitors product is sold via Amazon and Amazon Marketplace.

 

Price match claims require evidence of the lower price and this must be provided by the customer either as a print out or on a mobile device. This will be independently verified by a member of staff before a price match can be upheld.

 

Warranty

We offer a six month warranty for our pram goods for faults deemed as a manufacturers fault. Please see warranty on individual goods for parts covered. Any manufacturer warranty beyond this is subject to their terms and conditions please see individual supplier websites for details.

Feedback on our Services

We hope you enjoy our services and welcome your feedback personally or via email at sales@stirlingpramcentre.co.uk.  If you have had a poor experience it is important that we know and understand what went wrong so please send any complaints in writing to our Head Office at 42 Forth Street, Stirling FK8 1UF. We will respond to confirm receipt within 5 working days and aim to provide you with a full response within 28 days.
